    I do not recommend doing any UPS business here in this store. They are ill-equipped and don't even know how the process works to send a package, I walked 30 minutes in the snow to arrive there and on top of that my return was cancelled because little did I know (which was confirmed by the man behind the cash register) they wait 7+ days to send packages out or send packages back. When asking over the phone if my package had arrived or to check if it was at that UPS access point he responded with "I don't know, I'm not a computer I can't check, if you got a notice then it might be here". When arriving at the store there was a small stack of boxes behind him with no back room holding any boxes. Absolute laziness. He didn't even have tape to tape a label on the front of the box - the only tape he had was scotch tape he was selling for less than $2 and said "for sale only". Absolutely clueless, avoid doing any UPS-related shipping with this guy. As far as his convenience store business goes I cannot comment but I can only imagine...
